Sutter Solano Medical Center
Sutter Solano Medical Center is locally governed by a volunteer board of directors that lends its expertise, knowledge and commitment to guide the hospital toward its mission.
With Sutter Health, the Board of Directors assume overall fiduciary responsibility for direction and operation of Sutter Solano Medical Center and are accountable to the community for appropriate use of the available health services and resources.
The Board works in partnership with the Chief Executive Officer, community members, other entities and health system staff to create healthier communities and improve quality of life.
